Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority Raises $2.1 Million for HBCUS in One Day

Last year, Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority inc raised more than $1 million for HBCUS. This year, they raised over $2.1 million for HBCUS.

In 2018, Alpha Kappa Alpha embarked on a journey of raising $1 million in one day, over the next four years. They far exceeded their goal. This HBCU impact day is part of a larger initiative HBCU for Life: A Call to Action. This initiative was spearheaded by AKA and Tennessee State President Glenda Glover.
